Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a keepsake urn hold?

This keepsake holds 5 cubic inches, a small portion of an adult's ashes. Keepsake urns are often used so several family members can each keep a part of their loved one, or alongside a main urn.

How do I put ashes inside?

Work over a clean sheet of paper. Open the keepsake, spoon in a small amount using a funnel, and close it securely. Some families add a drop of sealant to keep it closed for good.

How do I care for a metal keepsake?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which can scratch or dull the finish.

When will my order ship?

Place your order before 1:00 PM CST on a weekday and it ships the same business day. Anything placed later ships the next business day. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
